Our spring time double IPA. Packed with New Zealand grown Nelson Sauvin hops and experimental HBC 586 hops! Aromatic notes of stone fruit, dankness, and a hint of white wine.

WINDSWEPT | 5.9% ABV
Classic west coast IPA with Citra and Mosaic hops! Crisp, clean with notes of citrus and berries!

MELTING CLOUDS HAZY IPA | % ABV
Hazy IPA packed with tons of Citra, El Dorado, Mosaic, and Amarillo hops and hops oils! Hazy and very light in color with the soft mouthfeel you expect from a Hazy IPA.

1862 PALE ALE | 5.2% ABV
An old school Pale Ale named after the year USD was established, though classes were not held until years later! This Pale Ale is a throwback to the early days of American Pale Ale and IPAs. It has the piney and dank aromas you would see in IPAs in the 90s and early 2000s. It has a slight sweetness from caramel malt to make this a well rounded old school Pale Ale.

BLUFFS BLONDE ALE | 4.3% ABV
An easy drinking beer with a clear golden appearance. The (non-traditional) use of wheat-style yeast adds a little fruit on the nose.

VERMILLION VERMILION GERMAN STYLE ALTBIER | 5.5% ABV
A copper colored German style ale. Slight fruit character from the yeast and slight sweetness from the caramel malt. Crisp and easy drinking!

A classic German Hefeweizen! A traditional German wheat beer with a specific yeast that gives off banana, bubblegum, and clove flavors!

A light in color belgian ale. Belgian abbey yeast gives this easy drinking ale dark fruit and clove flavor.

A dark colored English style mild ale. Low ABV, yet filled with toffee and slight roast flavor.
